Ashley grew up in Mt. Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador and obtained her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Memorial University. Her research focused on energy policy and intergovernmental relations which inspired her to pursue a career in the energy sector. She has held various roles in electricity and alternative energy policy, utility regulation, business development and innovation in both the public and private sectors. At Growler Energy, Ashley oversees the development and execution of the company’s research queue.
