Born in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland and Labrador, Curtis is a Professional Engineer with experience spanning multiple industries including shipbuilding, transmission, subsea installation, and renewable energy. Curtis holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador. He is skilled in project & risk management, Monte Carlo modelling, project execution, decision analysis, as well as financial and economic modelling.
