Growler Energy was contracted by Nunavut Nukkiksautiit Corporation to work with Ocean Renewable Power Company Canada towards the completion of a regional marine renewable energy resource assessment for the Qikiqtani Region of Nunavut. The project involved a desktop assessment of publicly available information and subsequent physical data collection over a two year period to assist with the overall assessment of the potential marine renewable energy resource of Qikiqtani communities. The project applied a practical lens to the potential development in considering which areas to collect physical data.
